• Payment Information: When purchasing credits, billing details are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, prompts viewed or favorited, images generated, session duration, and interaction events.
• Device & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referral URLs.
• Firebase Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymised event data to understand feature usage and improve the platform.

• Service Delivery: To provide access to the AI prompt gallery, enable image generation, manage your favorites, and display your profile.
• Credit Management: To process credit purchases, track credit balances, and apply credits to image generation sessions.
• Account Management: To authenticate users via Firebase Auth, manage sessions, and maintain account security.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse usage patterns, detect errors, and improve features based on how users interact with the platform.
• Communications: To send important account-related notifications (e.g., password reset, purchase confirmation).
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Providers (Stability AI / Similar): Your text prompts are transmitted to AI image generation APIs to produce images. These providers process prompts per their own privacy policies.
• Payment Processors: Transaction details are shared with our payment gateway for credit purchase processing. They operate under their own PCI-DSS compliant security standards.
• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, and analytics are powered by Google Firebase. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
• Legal & Regulatory: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Trend World, our users, or the public.

• User account data, credit balances, favorites, and generated image records are stored in Google Firestore with access controls enforced by Firebase Security Rules.
• Generated images may be stored via secure cloud storage services (e.g., Cloudinary or Firebase Storage) with access restricted to the generating user.
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. We do not store passwords in plaintext — authentication tokens are managed securely with expiration controls.
• Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor — we do not store credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
• Despite our best efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We use HTTP-only cookies and browser local/session storage to manage your authentication sessions and remember your preferences. These are essential for the Platform to function correctly and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these essential session management mechanisms.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
